Habagat, Maring, is should be blame?

Who should be blame for the massive floods in the country?

 

Back in the day of Aug 20-21 2013 when the Typhoon Maring and Habagat joined together to hit the country with heavy rain, where some places of the country submerge in the flood,

 

A countless families evacuate from their houses and leave their properties to save their lives, some are rescued by rescuer.

 

Sadly, Life and Property had been loss because of the flood.

 

In fact, this kind of typhoon disaster is not new to us, it happen almost every year, it’s just light, compare to some past typhoon that hit in the country, it has kill thousands of people by flood and heavy rain.

 

When there is a typhoon, there is always a lesson we been learn but we always forgot it too, that’s why, they’re still suffered from it, and they blamed the nature.

 

Who should be blame for it, none other than but We people, who asked by God to take care of His creation instead of, we ruin it.

 

This is our sin, like the day of Noah, because of sin of man God created a big flood to wipe out the human race on earth.

 

Now a day our wrong doing punish us too, the nature has nothing to do with it, God made everything for the good of men but what have we do, ruin it because of our selfish evil desire, we cutting the trees for our own benefits, the trees is the one blocking the water from the mountain to fall in the lowland.

 

What more? Ruin the mountain by quarrying, by illegal quarrying, what it will cause, landslide, Bury our life and properties.

 

I remember about a year ago in our province, a landslide occur in the mountain of makiling, mud and water goes to our barangay and entered into our house, about knee level high, our ref. and appliances filled with mud, thanks God no lives has been loss by this tragedy, it take a week to return to normal, so, difficult, because of illegal quarrying by some official and the rich man the poor people is the one who suffered by it.

 

Furthermore, some people throw their garbage in the drainage that block water to go through, and in the river, blocking the waterways by illegally creating a house, all of this are the reason why water cannot flow freely, instead it stock in one place that cause flood and then we will blame the nature, because of this rain, habagat, typhoon we have flood.

 

Even I, has suffered from the flood, I been walked in a waist level flood, in some area has a head level flood; I saw how people suffered, how they scared for their life. How they scared for their family, that they need to face the danger just to reach home to save their family that been trapped in the sudden flood.

 

Let’s accept because of our wrong doing and Mal-treatment to our nature we suffered by our own action. When will we learned? it will not begin from anyone but from ourselves.

Breaking the law and orders, Who should be blame?

Just a note of the day, I notice there is still people who has a secret sympathy in what happening in their country, I was sitting in a bench watching the news in the public place which has a free Television. in the news, it feature the damage of typhoon in some area of Baler Aurora Phil. that devastated by flood, one man who I didn’t know, get my attention, he said because of several government official fault why that city hit by flood, he was a late army assign in baler, the place which was hit by a flood, he witnessed how the illegal logging happened there, cutting trees in the mountain lead by some Government Official, Now the poor who is the one suffering for their illegal work, well, I said that’s a long time issue and still an issue until now, there is a tree planting to cover that issues, he didn’t continue his story because he called by his boss.

After that, another one man approach me too, he told me about the Pork Barrel Scam issue, he said that’s is a big government syndicate, who ever sit in the government there is still a scam, it is in the root of the government, as long as the root is not pull from the ground the scam will live and live again. Well, I can say nothing, I just smile at him.

Another one talk to me look like I’m become a listening ear of this 3 person,, I was in the bus going to Buendia, the bus was passed at Ayala tunnel which is prohibited for them to pass, so what happened is after that tunnel, of course, there is a traffic officer waiting in the street and apprehend the bus driver, one passenger told me, this is a fault of some traffic officer why some driver has no fear to break the law, in just 50 pesos the traffic officer let them go without issuing a ticket violation. well, in the other side this system is good for the passenger because they reach their destination fast, unlike if the bus passed at Ayala, there is a two traffic light that take 10 minutes waiting before it’s green light and if the traffic officer will issue a ticket violation it take too about 10 minutes, but without this two reason, it’s fast, which its good also to traffic officer they have extra income., sound like both passenger, bus driver and traffic officer has a good benefit, sound like scratching each other back, but how about the law, they didn’t respect the law, who should be blame for it. This is a wide issue like other issued in the government, like scam, where some government official itself was involved.

The government has doing everything to stop the bad man, to clean the house but it always back. It’s difficult to think that it’s been a long time problem. The root of bad deed moving under the ground, Government official has been changed but the root still there.
